It is recommended that you arrive between an hour and an hour and a half before your scheduled lesson time so that you will have plenty of time and no stress while you get the family settled, arrange lessons, get fitted for rentals and work your way out to the teaching area. 123 & Rent for Free: $149

If you are a first time skier or snowboarder you will love this package. It offers 3 two-hour lessons over 3 days with rentals for just $149. You will receive 1 Easy Rider lift ticket for your first lesson and 2 All-Mountain lift tickets for your second and third. And after completing all three lessons you will earn a graduation certificate that rewards you with FREE RENTALS for the rest of the year! The 123 & Rent for Free lessons are non-transferable and for ages 7 and over.

By grouping your lessons you will save $100, and they are good on any day. The package is for the 4 private lessons only. The package is non-transferable, and lift tickets & rentals are not included. The lessons must be completed in the 2012/13 season.

Private Lessons

Lessons scheduled by appointment. Advanced reservations are recommended

Private lessons offer a more intense one on one session with your own personal coach. These lessons are recommended for advanced skiers and anyone who wants a more personalized focused lesson.

Cancellation Policy

Private Ski & Ride Lessons have a 24-hour Cancellation Policy. If you need to cancel or change a private lesson, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the lesson date. Cancellations or changes within 24 hours of the reservation date are subject to a $25 fee. To cancel or change a reservation 24 hours or more in advance, contact us at (541) 822-3799, ext. 6510. All lessons other than Private are on a first-come-first-serve basis.
 

Group Lessons

ages 13 and up

Group lessons offer a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. You share your lesson with other skiers at or near your own ability level. This group environment is especially nice for beginners and first time students.

Junior Group

ages 7 to 12

The Junior Group program is offered everyday for both skiers and riders.

Mountain Cubs

ages 4-6 (skiers only)

The Mountain Cubs program is offered on weekends and holidays only. Because of the physical limitations of smaller children, Mountain Cubs is for skiers only. All Mt Cub packages include a Free All Mountain Lift Ticket.

*All Day Lessons: 4 Hours of lessons. The lesson includes a morning and afternoon session with a one hour break in between.

**Half Day: 2 Hours of lessons. The lesson includes your choice of either a morning or an afternoon session. Reservations are not necessary as we have instructors available to teach all levels every day.
 

Nordic Ski School

Cross Country & Telemark

Our Nordic program offers a variety of lessons for anyone who does not want to lock their heel down to ski. You know the old expression: free your heel and free your mind. All Nordic lessons are by appointment and based on instructor availability. Nordic lessons are 90 minutes.

Other Lessons

Lessons scheduled by appointment

The snowbikes, trikkes, and airboards offer an exciting alternative to skiing and boarding. They are fun and easy to learn – a quick 30 min lesson will give you the basics and have you on your way. At the end of the lesson you will receive your bike, trikke, or airboard endorsement. You must have this endorsement to ride the lifts here at Hoodoo on your own.
