Why Camp Here
The campground is located at the far end of the Mountain Loop Highway about 8 miles east of the Verlot Public Service Center on the Stillaguamish River, at an elevation of about 1,230 feet.  Single sites along the Mountain Loop Highway cost $16-$20, plus extra vehicle fees, but you can rent the entire Boardman campground (equivalent to 8 single sites) at a steal of just $60 per night.  Since it has a campground road that parallels the Mountain Loop Highway it is idea to accommodates groups of RVs, and can easily fit about 6 or more rigs.

Good to Know
Since Boardman used to be a single site campground, if there are no group reservations the single sites can be rented on a First-Come First-Served basis.  If the gates are locked upon arrival, please check in with the Gold Basin host as you head into the campground. Our Gold Basin host normally attends to the campground from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend, otherwise an attendant will be visiting the campground two to four times per day.
