Good Neighbor Camping Rules
* Day use picnicking must be in picnic area only. * Camp only in designated sites. Checkout time is 2 PM. Campers staying after 2 PM will be charged for another day. * Campsites must be occupied by at least one person during the first night. (You may not reserve sites except through the NRRS on reserveable sites.) If a Golden Age Pass if used to help pay for the fee, the passholder must be present. The pass can not be used for extra vehicles unless there is another passholder. * You must show evidence of possession immediately or people may not be aware you are in the site. WARNING sites may be deemed abandoned if this rule is not followed even if paid for. * Campsites may not be left unattended for more than 24 hours without hosts knowledge. * Stay limit in this campground is 14 days per 30-day period. * The maximum campers per single site is 6 in Oregon and 8 in Washington with one vehicle plus extra vehicles if there is enough space and if the extra vehicle fee is paid. Those exceeding this 6 person maximum must obtain an additional site. * Fires may only be built in stoves, grills or fireplaces provided. * Unattended campfires are prohibited, completely extinguish fires before leaving. Please use only water to extinguish campfires do not use dirt. * Pets must be restrained or on a leash. Owners must dispose of a pet’s waste appropriately so that it does not interfere with other campers enjoyment. * Dispose of garbage and litter in appropriate containers or haul off. * Use water sources for drawing water only; wash food, dishes, and other items, including yourself, away from water faucets and handpumps. * Nighttime quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. This includes generators. * During daylight hours, please be respectful of fellow visitors by keeping noise and music to a reasonable level. * Obey all traffic laws and licensing requirements. State traffic laws apply to US Forest Land roads. * Do not drive or park off roads or designated parking areas. Do not block roads or parking spurs. * Motorized vehicles should only be used for entering and leaving the campground. Joy riding or loud vehicles in the campground are prohibited. * Do not carve, chop, cut, nail, or otherwise damage living trees or vegetation. Chain saws in the campgrounds are prohibited. * The use or possession of fireworks or explosives is prohibited. * Discharging of any firearms is prohibited.
