Why Camp Here
I suspect that someone will be mad when they see this campground on a website for everyone to see since it is probably one of the best kept secrets in the Deschutes Forest. The campground is located on about 10 acres of land that is almost totally surrounded by the Deschutes River. The sites are large enough for the biggest RV or longest trailer, and if past history means anything you stand a good chance of being alone except for our attendant who comes in each day to clean which makes this an awesome place to camp.

Good to Know
This is an non-hosted campground which means that it is watched over by an attendant from another campground who will visit from two to four times per day.

RV rating is 4 out of 5

We have rated the campground a 4 for RVs since the gravel/dirt road to get in is not that easy to navigate. You should drive slowly if you are in an RV or trailer, but your short drive off the road will be worthwhile.

There is NO WATER, but there is cell phone coverage.
