Why Camp Here
Sunset Cove is probably best remembered by those who use it for its large day use area which is perfect for launching large sailboats or motorboats. 

Good to Know
The cell phone coverage is good and there is easy access from Hwy 58. Weather permitting, this is an early opener for fisherman.  There are not many sites for the large RVs. This is a popular campground and it is recommended that you get here early in the week. For local information stop at Crescent Junction RV on Hwy 58 (541-433-5300) or for groceries, a nice meal or a pizza order stop at Crescent Lake Resort (541-433-2505). 

Motor boats for water skiing are allowed on Odell Lake

This is normally a hosted campground, with the host arriving around Memorial Day and leaving just after Labor Day. Otherwise it is watched over by an attendant from another campground.
