1. Complaints, Criticisms or Compliments:  We have someone manning phones M - F from 9 to 5 & Saturdays from 9 AM to 1 PM Pacific time at 541-338-7869.  On each day during the camping season there should be someone at 541-822-3799 from 9 AM to 4 PM Pacific time.  It might be best to get in touch with the person who is familiar with the problem, however, most people get frustrated dealing with someone who might say "its not my fault". So if you want to start at the top email Chuck Shepard, our CEO, (everything is his fault) at chuck@hoodoo.com. It is possible that he might pass your comment on to someone who might be able to help you better, but you will at the least receive an acknowledgement from him. Please don't call though. Chuck takes this responsibility seriously, but could never do it if it involved calls during office hours. Emergency questions are best answered by calling the numbers above. Most emails will be responded to late at night or in the early morning though.

2. Camp Trip Planning: We consider our guests to be the boss, and as such your request will receive priority attention. Contact Chuck at chuck@hoodoo.com. If he can't help you he will find someone who can if it is possible. No phone calls, please.
