It might be best to get in touch with the person who is familiar with the problem, however, most people get frustrated dealing with someone who might say “it’s not my fault”. It is possible that he might pass your comment on to someone who might be able to help you better, but you will at the least receive an acknowledgement from him. Please don’t call though. Kaly takes this responsibility seriously, but could never do it if it involved calls during office hours. Emergency questions are best answered by calling the numbers above. Most emails will be responded to late at night or in the early morning though.
