Clark Creek is one of the most popular group campgrounds in the Willamette National Forest. It features 5 lean-to structures that each have 8 platform sleeping areas. In addition there is about a 3 acre field for pitching tents and a covered area for group dinning that features picnic tables that seat about 50 and a fireplace and food preparation area . Fall Creek is across the infrequently traveled road. There is a nice swim area along this area. Clark Creek also cuts through the the campground making a pretty area. The parking lot holds about 20 cars or 8 large RVs with back up parking just outside the campground. The host at Broken Bowl will open the gate for you.

The three bathrooms are vault style and the water is from a pump. It is best to reserve this site early, but it is also available as a first come - first served site if there are no reservation conflicts. It is often available at the last minute especially midweek or early in the season. Call 541-338-7869 or 541-822-3799 to determine if there is a reservation during your last minute plans. Since reservations can be made a week ahead of time, we will not be able to tell you for sure if there is a reservation more than a week out, but if you want to camp within the next seven days without a reservation we can help you determine if it is available. (But we can't reserve it, you will have to go out right away and rent the campground, after calling us first to open the gate).
