Reservations may be made for
sites during the period from
5/27/10 to 9/11/10.
About 40% of the sites can
not be reserved, these and any reservable sites that are not reserved
are available on a first come first serve basis from the evenings of
5/20 through 9/12
Golden Age and Golden Access cards only will
receive a 50% discount in 2010.

This campground is located in Yakima
County, approximately 55 miles east of Yakima, Washington. To get there, take
Highway 12 west to the junction with Highway 410. Travel 36 miles on Highway 410
to the campground entrance.
Pleasant Campground sits along the bank
of American River in an old growth forest setting. There are 17 sites,
including back in sites with parking spurs ranging from 34-43 feet long, and a
campground shelter picnic site.
The interior campground roads and
parking spurs are hard packed but not paved. There are 3 CXT toilets and one
hand pump water system in the campground.
We expect to
have a host in the Lodgepole campground from about Memorial Weekend to Labor Day Weekend.
Otherwise an attendant will be in the campground two to four times per day.
