$16 single $30 double site $24 for site #9 with power $8 extra vehicle
The campground
is open from May 15 to Sept 29, 2008. |
Located
just across from the Verlot (pronounced Ver Lot by the locals) Public Service
Center, so that more information is easily available from US Forest Service
representatives. Access to fishing is only steps away in the South Fork of the
Stillaguamish River, but when you get tired of cooking your fish dinner over the
fire, the nearby Robe restaurant is a local favorite for reasonably priced
dinners, especially on Wednesday hamburger nights. Work off the food with hikes
that give you a view of the mountains. The Mountain Loop Road is well known to
the Seattle Community for its easily available majestic beauty. Check out the
fish viewing bridge or lay in the sun on the sand beach. Water from spigots
is available throughout the campground. Flush toilets are also available.
Host is in the
campground from about late June to Labor Day Weekend.
