The campground will be open around 7/15/10 (or earlier if possible) until October 4,  2010, weather permitting.

All Sites are First Come - First Served

 

         Driftwood is the first campground that you come to on Three Creeks Lake. All of the sites are on the lake. Some have limited parking along the road and do not make good RV sites. If you have a large RV, the next campground on the other side of the lake might be better for you. Both offer the same advantages. Driftwood is at the head of the Tam McArthur trail which heads into the Sisters. A short, reasonably easy hike will lead you up to some great views of Broken Top and Faith, Hope and Charity (The Sisters). The lake is quiet. No motors, please. And the whole area is serene. There is a small store open during the summer, but fishermen might try to catch their dinners. Rainbow Trout are said to be plentiful. 

       There are two vault toilets. This area is very snow pack dependent for its opening dates. We will update this page as we know more. Opening by Memorial Weekend is very rare.

    We may have a host in the campground from about Memorial Weekend to Labor Day Weekend.
